Holiday Sale Schedule

Show hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Booth Location: Exhibit Bldg 3, Booths 301 & 302
Set-up: Saturday 7 AM prior to sale
Same Day Sales Item Drop-offs: 8:00 AM
Takedown: Saturday, 3:00 – 5:00 PM
Sales Item Pick-Ups: 4:00 PM or make arrangements with member of sales committee.

All BWG members are encouraged to participate in the Holiday Sale. This is an outreach effort in addition to an opportunity to sell items to the public and each of you has a unique style and talent that is reflected in your weaving/fiber arts. We want the public to see and appreciate what we, as a guild, ‘do’ and our sale is our platform for doing this.
